Use: Our Dog Belly Bands are designed to help dogs who have become incontinent or leaky from age or medications which cause frequent urination. They can help contain any potential urine accidents which could be made on carpets or furniture. They also come in handy if you are worried about urine marking when visiting friends, relatives or staying in a hotel.
Remember - you will need to regularly check to see if the washable pad needs changed or washed - if you are using disposable pads, change for a new one when required.
Try to open/ close the popper fastening as close to the press studs as possible when pulling open - this prevents unnecessary pressure on the fabric.
I think Bobby our Bichon Frise has peed up every leg of furniture and every vertical banister post in our house but we have never managed to catch him in the act to reprimand him. He has separation anxiety issues and just can't help himself the moment we leave him alone in the house.
The belly band arrived this morning and went straight on along with a washable pad. He was a bit phased by it initially, and did manage to shimmy his way out of it when I wasn't looking, so it was replaced on a tighter setting.
Success! I've just returned from a trip to town to find belly band still in place and washable pad wet. No puddles! Not a one. It's only early days, but the signs are good.
Thank you Glenndarcy, my sanity is saved! 😁💜"
